I can not put the mask looks like this: http://prntscr.com/8xn2ux
Put a moustache or other mouth on the custom character, it will work then. Sometimes face textures don't show up if there is no mouth/beard/moustache on the character.

I have moustache but I can't use this skin!why??

It works fine for me, did you put the mask texture link in the slot for Face?
